Plain language summary: 247 Routine is an app your spa provides to help you stay consistent with your skincare routine between visits. We never collect payment through the app. Your skin photos stay on your device only. Points you earn have no cash value. Esthi gives general skincare guidance — she is not a doctor. Your spa manages your membership, not us.

Section 1

Who These Terms Apply To

These End User Terms of Service apply to you as a client of a spa or wellness business that uses the 247 Routine platform. By downloading and using the 247 Routine app, you agree to these terms.

Your spa has a separate agreement with TAO Digital Agency LLC, the company that operates 247 Routine. These terms govern your use of the app as an end user. Your relationship with your spa — including memberships, appointments, payments, and services — is governed separately by your spa's own terms and policies.

If you are under 18 years of age, please review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the app.

Section 2

What the App Does

247 Routine is a daily skincare companion that connects you to your spa between visits. The app helps you:

  • Follow a personalized skincare routine assigned by your esthetician
  • Track your skin consistency with a daily Skin Score
  • Get general skincare guidance from Esthi, an AI skin coach
  • Request product restocks for pickup at your next spa visit
  • View and manage your spa membership benefits
  • Earn points for daily engagement and redeem them in-person at your spa

The app does not: book appointments, process payments, dispense medical advice, or replace the care of a licensed esthetician or healthcare professional.

Section 3

Restock Requests

The restock feature lets you notify your spa when you are running low on products in your routine. Here is exactly how it works:

This is a request only. Your spa will prepare your products and collect payment when you arrive.
  • A restock request is a notification to your spa only. It is not a purchase, an order, or a payment of any kind
  • No payment information is ever collected through the 247 Routine app
  • Your spa will confirm product availability and prepare your request for pickup at your next visit
  • Payment for any products is collected in person at the spa, according to your spa's own pricing and policies
  • Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are entirely the responsibility of your spa location
  • TAO Digital and 247 Routine are not party to any transaction between you and your spa

If a product you requested is unavailable, your spa will notify you. Any questions about product pricing or availability should be directed to your spa, not to TAO Digital or 247 Routine.

Section 4

Points and Rewards

247 Routine includes a points system that rewards you for daily skincare consistency. You earn points by completing your routine, logging your skin, building streaks, visiting the spa, and other activities.

Points have no cash value. Points are engagement rewards only. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or used outside the 247 Routine platform.

  • Points are not currency, stored value, or a financial instrument of any kind
  • Points may be redeemed for products or services at your spa at your spa's sole discretion
  • Redemption always happens in person at the spa. Nothing of value is exchanged through the app
  • Your spa sets the rewards catalog, redemption values, and eligible items. TAO Digital does not control what your spa offers as rewards
  • TAO Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points system with reasonable notice
  • Points do not carry over if you switch to a different spa location within the app
  • Points are forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these terms

Think of points the way you think of a frequent-flyer program — they have redemption value at a specific place under specific conditions, but they are not money.

Section 5

Esthi AI Skin Coach

Esthi is an AI-powered skin coaching feature that provides general skincare guidance based on information you and your esthetician have entered into the app, including your skin type, diagnostic readings, current routine, and upcoming appointment.

Esthi is not a doctor, dermatologist, or licensed medical professional. Her guidance is general skincare information only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment for any skin condition. If you have a medical skin concern, please consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider.

  • Esthi's responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on the context available in your profile. They may not account for all individual circumstances
  • Do not rely on Esthi's guidance to treat, diagnose, or make decisions about medical skin conditions, allergic reactions, or any health concern requiring professional care
  • If Esthi provides a suggestion that conflicts with advice from your esthetician or healthcare provider, follow the professional's guidance
  • Members receive 20 Esthi prompts per day. Non-members receive 5 prompts per day. These limits reset at midnight local time
  • TAO Digital reserves the right to update, modify, or limit Esthi's functionality at any time
Section 6

Skin Photos and Privacy

247 Routine members can log up to 2 skin photos per day as part of their progress tracking. Your privacy is protected by design:

  • Photos are stored on your device only. Skin photos you take or upload in the 247 Routine app are never transmitted to or stored on TAO Digital servers
  • Photos are retained on your device for up to 2 years from the date they were logged. After 730 days, photos are automatically removed from the app's local storage
  • You can delete your photos at any time from the Account screen
  • Your spa does not have access to your skin photos. The esthetician sees your skin score and diagnostic data, not your photos
  • TAO Digital has no access to, and accepts no responsibility for, photos stored on your device

Section 7

Memberships

If your spa offers membership plans through 247 Routine, the following terms apply:

  • Membership plans, pricing, benefits, and terms are set entirely by your spa. TAO Digital does not define or regulate spa membership terms
  • All membership payments are made directly to your spa through your spa's own payment method. No membership billing occurs through the 247 Routine app
  • Membership approval, denial, pausing, and cancellation are managed by your spa through their Spa Manager dashboard
  • Questions about your membership — pricing, benefits, cancellation, or billing — should be directed to your spa, not to TAO Digital
  • TAO Digital accepts no liability for disputes between you and your spa regarding membership terms, billing, or benefits
Section 8

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Your account is linked to one spa location. If you change spas, a new account registration may be required
  • You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Account screen. Account deletion removes your engagement data from TAO Digital servers within 30 days. Photos stored locally on your device are not affected by account deletion
  • TAO Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Section 9

Acceptable Use

By using the 247 Routine app, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate the points system through false check-ins, automated activity, or any method not representing genuine skincare routine completion
  • Share your account with other users
  • Use the app to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content to your spa
  • Attempt to access, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app's underlying systems
  • Misuse the restock request feature for purposes other than its intended function
Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAO Digital's liability to any end user is limited to the direct damages caused by a verified malfunction of the platform itself.

TAO Digital is not liable for:

  • Any skincare outcome, skin condition, or health result connected to following guidance in the app
  • Restock requests that are not fulfilled, delayed, or modified by your spa
  • Points or rewards that cannot be redeemed due to your spa's policies or business decisions
  • Any transaction, billing dispute, or financial obligation between you and your spa
  • Loss of photos or data resulting from device failure, loss, or upgrade
  • Interruptions to app availability due to maintenance, updates, or third-party infrastructure
Section 11

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion from the Account screen. TAO Digital may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

If your spa ends their subscription to the 247 Routine platform, your access to the app associated with that spa will also end. TAO Digital will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
